How long does it take to get a returned phone call if a voicemail is left?
We try our very best to return phone calls in 24 hours or less.
How long does it take to receive an estimate?
Mowing estimates can usually be received within minutes of a phone conversation with a potential client. Landscape estimates typically require a meeting with a potential client to discuss the project in person. During that meeting we will let you know in approximately how many days it will be until you can expect to receive your estimate.
Once the estimate is approved, how long does it take to get on the schedule?
Mowing clients can expect to be added to the schedule right away and the property will be serviced on the the day that the property fits into our existing route. Landscaping jobs are done in the order they are received. Because our schedule fills quickly we are often times booked out several weeks.
What height do you mow the lawn?
Each lawn is unique and we will mow to the height that we feel is best for that specific time of year. If a client requires a specific height, we always do our best to achieve it.
How often do you mow?
We mow the grass weekly unless we deem it requires less, which can occur during the hottest part of the summer.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks or our clients can pay online with a credit or debit card.
Do you offer fertilization and weed control?
We do not currently offer fertilization and weed control.
Do you offer aeration and overseeding?
We do not currently offer aeration and or lawn seeding.
Do you roll lawns?
We do not currently offer lawn rolling.
Do you offer brush hogging?
We do not currently offer brush hogging.
